Bill Burton, father of Inmate Records Specialist Heather Higgins, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021.
The visitation will be on Wednesday, September 15 at Michaels & Lundquist Funeral Home (52287 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey) from 4:00PM- 7:00PM.
The funeral will be on Saturday, September 18 at Scottsboro Funeral Home (1502 County Park Road, Scottsboro, AL) starting at 2:00PM.
