Career Development Team (CDT) Information

The Sheriff’s Leadership Institute (SLI) requested supervisors (sworn/non-sworn) to volunteer to be a member of the PCSO Career Development Team (CDT) in December 2020. The Career Development Team members were selected in early 2021 and consists of supervisors from Law Enforcement, Detention and Non-Sworn Managers/Supervisors.
The Career Development Team (CDT) is a collateral assignment for agency members that will assist in professional development in all areas of PCSO. The CDT will meet quarterly hosted by the SLI Manager.
Attached is information regarding all the Career Development Programs.
