RE: FUELING PROCESS

All transitioned sites will have a new style terminal and will require a fuel fob to secure fuel.
The fueling sequence for all PCSO members:
1. Enter pump number, press enter
2. Wave FOB over sensor or if FOB is unavailable or if defective the driver can press the 5 digit fob number(located on back of fob) and press enter
3. Enter the mileage/odometer reading, press enter
4. Enter member payroll number , press enter
Pump will initialize and fueling can begin.
There is no Supervisory over-ride key as there has been in the past.
The override function will occur as follows;
Using the sequence outlined above, any user (possessing a FOB/FOB # & Payroll #) who attempts to fuel and is forbidden after two attempts will be granted fuel on their third attempt.
The system will log this transaction and notify the system administrator that an override has occurred and corrective action is necessary.
