Please join me in extending our sympathies to the family of retired Inmate Records Supervisor Virginia Whelan, mother of both Court Processing Specialist Dawn Gibney and retired Detention Deputy Timothy Whalen and mother-in-law of retired Lieutenant Vincent Gibney passed away recently at the age of 76.
No arrangements to share at the time of posting.
