Mr. Robert “Dave” Wiggins, Father-in-Law of Sergeant Janet Groff; North Division B-Days and Father of Retired Sergeant Christopher Groff as well as the Grandfather of Deputy Randi Groff; South Division B-Days, passed away at the age of 77 on March 18, 2019 in his sleep. Mr. Wiggins was a resident of Tarpon Springs, Florida. Funeral arrangements will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 1400 hours at Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin, Florida.
